Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. is hiring an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow its Florida market. The role originates residential mortgage loans, advises borrowers, and builds and coaches a team of Loan Officers while supporting loan structuring, product solutions, referrals, and client service. Candidates need an active NMLS license or ability to transfer licensing, proven residential mortgage origination experience, and the ability to recruit and develop Loan Officers.
