Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. is hiring an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow its New Jersey market. The role combines originating residential mortgage loans with recruiting, coaching, and supporting a team of Loan Officers, while also developing referrals, building pipeline, and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process. The position requires an active NMLS license or ability to transfer licensing, proven residential mortgage origination success, and strong communication and product knowledge.
