Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. is hiring a full-time Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Mortgage Loan Officers, drive loan production, coach and mentor staff, set sales targets, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral sources. The role requires mortgage lending knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and an NMLS-authorized Mortgage Loan Originator license in New Hampshire; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
