Acts Housing is hiring a full-time Mortgage Underwriter/Loan Processor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role manages residential mortgage loans from application and preapproval through underwriting, closing, documentation, conditions, appraisals, title work, insurance requirements, CRM records, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least three years of mortgage underwriting, processing, loan origination, or lending experience, along with knowledge of mortgage compliance, lending software, customer service, organization, and reliable transportation. Manual underwriting, compliance review, affordable-housing or nonprofit lending, Salesforce, and bilingual skills are preferred.
