eClerx is hiring a full-time onsite Mortgages Process Lead in Herne, Germany to serve as the senior control-tower role for mortgage servicing and modification/coordination operations. The position owns SLA performance, vendor governance, escalation management, workflow allocation, quality assurance, BaFin-related reporting, and coordination of a 20-FTE delivery model. Candidates need deep mortgage-domain expertise, experience running SLA-governed delivery teams, German fluency, knowledge of MaRisk and KrZwMG governance, and at least five years of mortgage operations or outsourced-delivery vendor management experience.
