eClerx is hiring a full-time remote Mortgages Process Lead in Lisbon, Portugal, to serve as the senior control-tower role for mortgage servicing and modification/coordination operations. The position owns SLA performance, vendor governance, escalation management, workflow allocation, quality assurance, BaFin reporting coordination, and management of a 20-FTE delivery model. Candidates need deep mortgage domain expertise, process and vendor management leadership experience, German fluency, knowledge of MaRisk and KrZwMG governance, and at least five years of mortgage operations or outsourced-delivery vendor management experience.
