Art Walker Construction is hiring an experienced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Supervisor to oversee traffic control operations across active road construction job sites. The role involves planning and implementing MOT layouts, supervising traffic control devices, inspecting work zones, coordinating plan changes, training flaggers and traffic-control crew, maintaining documentation, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Candidates need FDOT Advanced MOT/TTC certification or the ability to obtain it, road construction traffic-control experience, MUTCD and FDOT knowledge, a valid driver's license, plan-reading ability, and reliable transportation to Citra or job sites.
