Description
Nen Creative is hiring a Motion Design Lead to scale its motion practice for tech clients. The role leads motion design across launch videos, commercials, product explainers, social content, and brand campaigns; creates high-quality 2D, UI, typography, compositing, and edit-driven animation; defines motion systems; collaborates with producers, editors, designers, and directors; reviews and mentors other motion designers; and builds scalable templates and processes. The position requires 7+ years of motion design experience, leadership or mentoring experience, a strong reel, expertise in After Effects and Figma, fluency in at least one 3D tool, and remote readiness.
