Description
Wordsmith is hiring a Motion Designer in London or Edinburgh to own video and motion across the company. The role creates launch videos, feature announcements, product animations, social content, event openers, conference loops, and sales enablement assets; builds reusable motion systems; partners with writers, designers, producers, and founders; and uses AI tools to improve quality and speed. The position requires at least three years of motion design experience, strong After Effects and Figma skills, Premiere editing ability, and a strong reel of shipped work. It is an in-office role with real ownership and meaningful equity.
