Description
FLORA is hiring a contract Motion Designer to create and animate product launches, social content, campaigns, and other motion assets while establishing a tiered production workflow. The role combines traditional motion craft with generative and agentic AI workflows, including programmatic video, agent-driven editing, screen capture, prompt and context engineering, and custom AI skills. The designer will also help shape FLORA’s motion system and integrate useful generative tools into team workflows. The engagement is roughly three months to start, with potential extension or conversion to full-time.
