The role focuses on architecting scalable motion templates, localizing global campaigns, automating high-volume renders through Google Workspace and AI tools, maintaining asset quality, and developing foundational motion assets. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team, a portfolio showing high-end motion and dynamic or programmatic work, and experience managing creative at scale.
