Description
Applied Intuition is seeking a Motion Planning Engineer for its Fallback Stack team to design and ship deterministic, safety-critical planning systems for autonomous vehicles operating under degraded perception, partial observability, and system faults. The role focuses on classical motion planning, reliable vehicle behaviors such as slow-downs, pull-overs, and safe stops, and large-scale simulation and real-world evaluation to tune and debug planner performance. The position is based in an Applied Intuition office with an expectation of primarily in-office work five days per week, and offers a full-time compensation package with base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
