Arlo is hiring a Motion Sensing Hardware Engineer to characterize and validate mmWave radar and other motion-sensing technologies in products. The role involves developing automated test tools, diagnosing sensor performance issues, defining sensing metrics, collaborating with firmware, ODM, and technology partners, supporting factory build and yield activities, and preparing technical reports. Required qualifications include commercial mmWave radar integration, radar fundamentals, hardware and firmware debugging, third-party vendor optimization, Python data analysis, and test reporting; a BSEE or MSEE is also listed.
