Motor Claims Handler CH3 at Davies

The Motor Claims Handler – Motor (Pre-Litigation) will manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury, from inception through settlement. The role covers claims within and outside the MOJ Portal, predictive-cost regimes, settlement negotiations, data entry, client communication, file audits, and mentoring new starters. Candidates should have motor personal-injury claims experience, knowledge of the MOJ Portal and predictive costs, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
