Description
The Assistant Lawyer / Solicitor – Motor Crime will support a broad range of motor crime cases from initial incident through prosecution, defence, investigations, police station attendance, court proceedings, trials, and inquests. The role involves reviewing prosecution evidence, drafting witness statements and legal submissions, preparing defence case statements and bundles, conducting legal research, visiting incident sites, and supporting clients. It is intended for a qualified solicitor with motor crime or criminal law experience, ideally an NQ–1 PQE with 6–12 months of criminal experience, and offers flexible working options, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
