Clark County Jail Services is hiring a MOUD Jail Transition Coordinator to provide direct case management for incarcerated people receiving or waiting for Medications for Opioid Use Disorder. The role develops individualized release plans, coordinates community-based MOUD, substance use, mental health, housing, peer support, healthcare, and basic needs services, and works with corrections staff, jail medical and mental health teams, and community partners. The position requires a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree plus the specified legal-system experience, or equivalent professional experience, and offers $33.87–$47.40 per hour.
