Description
The Mould Foreman will supervise and coordinate moulding production activities in Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, managing the production team, monitoring processes, coordinating with Quality Control and Maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, providing training, analyzing production data, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires at least five years of supervisory manufacturing experience, moulding-process knowledge, injection and blow moulding experience, leadership skills, data-analysis ability, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent relevant experience. The schedule is six days per week with 12-hour duties, and the salary is PHP 23,000–27,000.
