DENSO Manufacturing Canada is hiring a Mould Maker - Tool & Die to perform breakdowns, preventive maintenance, flash repair, emergency repairs, and modifications on plastic injection moulds. The role also involves fabricating mould inserts, components, fixtures, and other tooling using milling, turning, surface grinding, CNC sinker EDM, and CNC milling machines, while programming and operating CNC equipment with Mastercam. The position requires a licensed Mould Maker (431A), at least five years of journeyman mould-making experience, toolroom and CNC operation, CAD/CAM programming, mould-repair technical knowledge, flash-root-cause analysis, and TIG welding skills. The schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with hourly pay of $43.80 to $47.44 and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
