Continental is hiring a Lead Mould Fitter to lead a mould-fitting team in shift-based tire manufacturing. The role manages mould and bladder replacements, coordinates with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime, enforces quality and safety standards, verifies mould and bladder specifications, and escalates hazards. Candidates need an SKM Level 2 or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing, at least three years of mould/bladder change and team-supervision experience, and strong leadership, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills; welding, metal fabrication, and repair experience are advantageous.
