Sirva is hiring a Move Coordinator in Rotterdam to manage the full scope of national and international employee relocations. The role coordinates customers, relocation partners, logistics providers, customs authorities, and internal teams; oversees documentation, authorizations, costs, service quality, deadlines, escalations, and system updates; and supports service and quality targets. The position offers hybrid work with regular office attendance and requires at least one year of experience in customer service, logistics, relocation, supply chain, move management, or a similar field, along with Dutch and English communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Relocation, logistics, customs-process, and higher-education experience are preferred.
