Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc is hiring a full-time Mowing Crew Lead in Omaha, Nebraska to lead a small mowing crew on daily service routes and perform/oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, cleanups, aeration, verti cutting, power raking, and overseeding. The role requires hands-on field leadership, strong customer interaction, crew coaching, equipment and route coordination, a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of mowing or landscape maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license; benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement match, PTO, holidays, and employee stock ownership.
