McWane is hiring an MPI 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Calera, Alabama to lead daily machining, fabrication, assembly, and valve production operations. The role supervises hourly employees, manages production schedules and resources, oversees safety, quality, workforce development, and continuous improvement, and collaborates with engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, and supply chain teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, and 2–5 years of frontline supervisory experience; the second shift runs from 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday.
