McWane Plant and Industrial is hiring an MPIW Machine Operator for its Job Shop Fabrication and Machining operation in Wethersfield, Connecticut. The role operates lathes, threaders, machining centers, and a crane to measure, center, thread, test, and assemble pipe and flanges, primarily handling 3–6 inch pipe. The position works the 3:00 PM–12:30 AM second shift, pays $23.00 with a 24-month wage progression, and requires manual machine-tool operation, safety and PPE compliance, physical lifting, and forklift certification.
