CoolIT is hiring a full-time, primarily onsite MRB Coordinator in Calgary, Alberta to manage the end-to-end Material Review Board process for non-conforming materials. The role coordinates Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams; quarantines and tracks materials; executes dispositions such as scrap, return-to-vendor, rework, and use-as-is; maintains NetSuite and quality-management-system records; performs audits and reconciliations; and supports continuous improvement. A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of related experience are required, while NetSuite, quality-management-system, and ISO 9001 experience are preferred.
