Description
LanceSoft is seeking an experienced MRB Engineer to support commercial aircraft production by evaluating nonconforming aircraft parts, assemblies, and installations and developing engineering repair dispositions and rework instructions. The role involves preparing repair documentation for Boeing MRB Engineer approval, determining Use As Is, Repair, Rework, or other corrective actions, interpreting engineering and manufacturing documentation, verifying compliance with Boeing, customer, quality, and regulatory requirements, supporting supplier nonconformances, and collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Production teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and at least five years of aerospace engineering experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft programs are required.
