Description
The MRI Patient Coordinator provides coordination for MRI patients from exam scheduling through completion, serving as a liaison between MRI staff and providers. The role handles patient identification, medical and MRI safety screening, insurance authorization, patient education, scheduling, and coordination of care, while assisting technologists with non-technical aspects of imaging examinations. It is a part-time day-shift position requiring a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant experience, and Basic Life Support within 180 days.
