Description
The MRI Technologist assists and guides patients through magnetic resonance imaging scans. The role requires communication, technical, and patient-care skills; independent work; basic computer skills; sterile-technique knowledge; and an accredited imaging-program education. MRI registration or one of the listed MRI certifications is required, with Indiana radiologic-technologist licensure or ARRT(R) eligibility and subsequent licensure as an alternative pathway.
