Description
The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic and treatment-related magnetic resonance imaging procedures, positions patients, selects imaging parameters, prepares and administers contrast media or medications, and assists physicians. The role requires graduation from an accredited radiology program, ARRT registration, Tennessee licensure, and CPR certification, with one year of related experience preferred. The position involves patient care in a busy, potentially stressful environment and requires lifting, bending, and prolonged sitting or standing.
