Description
The MRI Technologist performs routine MRI procedures in an outpatient setting, follows radiologist protocols, enters patient information, manages injections and lab results, maintains patient confidentiality and comfort, stocks exam rooms, maintains equipment, and assists with other modalities. The role is PRN, reports to an Office Supervisor, and requires a high school diploma or GED, an approved radiologic technology course, current ARRT certification and Florida licensure, and MRI certification. Two or more years of radiology experience is preferred, and the position may require lifting 50 pounds or more.
