Description
The MRI Technologist performs daily magnetic resonance imaging operations at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, including operating MRI systems, positioning and screening patients, administering contrast, manipulating images, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining patient safety and comfort. The role also supports the training and onboarding of new employees and MRI students. An MRI registry or ARRT certification is required, while an associate degree from an ARRT-accredited institute, hospital MRI experience, BLS, and EPIC or PACS training are preferred or required depending on the listed pathway.
