Description
The MRI Technologist performs daily magnetic resonance imaging operations at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, operating MRI systems and related equipment, positioning and scanning patients, administering contrast agents, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining patient safety and comfort. The role also supports training and onboarding of new employees and MRI students, participates in quality improvement and audits, and requires MRI registry or ARRT certification, BLS, and preferably an associate degree from an ARRT-accredited institute and one year of hospital MRI experience.
