Boeing Defence UK is hiring an Avionic Supervisor to lead a small group of aircraft technicians in an MRO environment supporting major UK defence programmes. The role supervises and mentors technicians, sequences and controls technical work, ensures aircraft maintenance, paperwork, regulatory and quality compliance, and manages risks and workloads. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom, be able to obtain a UK security clearance, and be eligible to apply for second signature on type within the first three months. The position is locally hired, does not offer visa sponsorship, and is a shift-based role in the United Kingdom.
