Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is hiring an Avionics Supervisor to lead a small group of aircraft technicians in an MRO environment supporting major defence programmes. The role supervises and mentors technicians, sequences and controls technical work, ensures aircraft maintenance, paperwork, regulatory and quality compliance, and manages risks. Candidates need fluent English, relevant trade experience or apprenticeship, knowledge of aircraft maintenance and aviation quality and safety systems, and the ability to obtain a United Kingdom security clearance; visa sponsorship is not offered.
