Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for interpreting sheet-metal drawings, methodizing parts and assemblies, maintaining engineering masters in an MRP system, releasing work orders, balancing work-center capacity, and optimizing manufacturing methods and material utilization. The role requires a BS in engineering or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience, at least five years of manufacturing experience in fabrication or CNC environments, MRP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.
