Description
The MSAT Specialist will serve as a subject-matter expert for cell culture or purification processes, supporting technology transfer from R&D to large-scale GMP production, process optimization, commercial process monitoring, data trending, scientific reporting, and quality deviation investigations. The role requires a life sciences master's degree with at least five years of relevant experience or a relevant PhD with at least three years of process development or MSAT experience, hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture or purification, GMP knowledge, analytical and statistical skills, and excellent English.
