Description
ePlus is hiring a Managed Service Center Tier 3 Collaboration Engineer to provide second- and third-level technical support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration infrastructure, endpoints, and voice gateways. The role troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports system integrations, mentors engineers, maintains technical documentation, and develops automation and process improvements. It requires strong Cisco Collaboration knowledge, troubleshooting experience, communication skills, and availability for after-hours escalations and on-call work. The base salary is $110,000 to $150,000 annually, with possible commissions, bonuses, and benefits.
