Description
The role supports business process transformation and the Regional Business Operations team by developing automation solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, documenting systems, training end users, and performing system sustaining and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent, strong SQL scripting and database skills, familiarity with Power BI, and a six-month internship; machine learning and data analytics knowledge are advantageous. The position may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
