Description
The role partners with site leadership and the Factory Director to implement a site-level MSE program, drive loss elimination and cost-benefit improvements, build capability across organizational layers, govern progress against a master plan, coach MSE and continuous-improvement teams, and lead three-year light-off roadmaps. It requires a science or engineering degree, training or certification in continuous improvement or TPM, ideally 2–3 years of production or Lean experience, and knowledge of business administration, Lean, technical systems, Excel, project management, and English.
