Description
The Shift Supervisor for Machine Processing Production Processes manages a 10–15-person shift, schedules and performs performance management, identifies and improves safety risks, monitors process quality and inspection tools, applies waste-reduction methods, and analyzes and resolves production anomalies. The role requires communication, learning ability, basic Word, Excel, SAP, and MES skills, and accepts a rotating three-shift schedule.
