PPG is hiring a full-time permanent MSO Specialist at its Braeside Office to provide hands-on operational, technical, and training support across customer production environments. The role includes enforcing standardized repair processes, resolving production bottlenecks, preparing vehicles, mixing and applying paint, maintaining spray and UV/IR equipment, training and mentoring paint and panel staff, conducting site audits, and supporting EHS and operational compliance. Candidates should have at least five years of hands-on experience in a high-volume vehicle repair environment, extensive knowledge of PPG products and application systems, and a valid motor vehicle driver license.
