Exigent is hiring an experienced MSP Field Systems Engineer - Level 2 to provide on-site and remote support for client environments across New Jersey and New York City. The role covers desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, security technologies, installations, deployments, troubleshooting, client onboarding, migrations, upgrades, ticket management, documentation, and after-hours on-call support. Candidates must have at least five years of professional IT support experience, including three years supporting multiple client environments in an MSP, VAR, or IT consulting organization, along with strong Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, macOS, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity experience.
