Delaney Computer Services is hiring an experienced MSP Support Technician for a hybrid role based primarily in its Mahwah office, with remote client support, onsite troubleshooting, deployments, projects, and travel throughout the New York City and New Jersey metro area. The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware, software, and business application support, along with workstation setups, infrastructure work, client communication, documentation, and proactive monitoring. Previous MSP experience is required, while POS, AV, VoIP, access control, and camera experience is preferred.
