Delaney Computer Services (DCS) is hiring an experienced MSP Support Technician for a hybrid role supporting multiple client environments from the Mahwah office, remotely, and onsite throughout the New York City and New Jersey metro area. The position involves end-user technical support, Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware and software troubleshooting, workstation deployments, network and infrastructure projects, and proactive monitoring/maintenance. The ideal candidate is independent, customer-focused, comfortable traveling for client visits, and available for a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
