Delaney Computer Services is hiring an experienced MSP Support Technician for a hybrid IT support role based primarily in its Mahwah office, with remote troubleshooting and travel to client sites across the New York City and New Jersey metro area. The position provides end-user, Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware, software, business application, infrastructure, deployment, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and ticket-resolution support across multiple client environments. It requires independent problem solving, client communication, field work, documentation, and a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
