Description
Molex is hiring an MT Ferrule Engineer in Zhuhai, Guangdong to develop and optimize injection molding, precision grinding and polishing, material selection, product specifications, testing standards, and performance verification for MT ferrules. The role also involves collaborating with optical connector R&D teams, solving alignment accuracy issues, managing suppliers, and supporting pre-research and development of ultra-compact ferrules for high-density optical interconnects. A bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field and more than two years of R&D or manufacturing experience in optical communication ferrule products are required.
