MTS – ASIC Silicon Debug, Device Technology & Yield Engineering at Micron

Micron Technology is seeking a senior semiconductor engineer to lead post-silicon yield, RMA, and failure-analysis investigations for complex ASIC devices. The role covers root-cause analysis across process, design, test, package, and system levels; characterization of SRAM, PCIe PHY, SerDes, analog and mixed-signal failures; advanced physical-debug techniques; and cross-functional resolution with foundries, OSAT partners, product engineering, reliability, quality, and customer teams. The position requires 12+ years of semiconductor experience, advanced CMOS and ASIC knowledge, and a strong record in yield improvement, RMA, and failure analysis.
