MTS, DEG Design Verification at Micron

Micron Technology is hiring an MTS Design Verification Engineer to lead design and verification strategy for advanced DRAM products. The role focuses on technical leadership, verification planning, coverage closure, silicon debugging, tool and methodology improvement, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of DRAM or advanced CMOS verification experience, strong transistor-level circuit analysis and debug skills, and experience with HSPICE, Finesim, Verilog, or SystemVerilog. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, UVM and mixed-signal verification experience, DDR5+ expertise, verification methodology development, and Python or AI-assisted EDA automation skills.
