Bespoke Labs is hiring a Post-Training Engineer to ship enterprise-grade LLMs by fine-tuning and aligning open-weight and proprietary models, building custom evaluation suites, curating production datasets, managing regression risk, and deploying models for cost, latency, and privacy. The role requires a record of deploying post-trained models, end-to-end evaluation ownership, customer-facing experience, and strong software and machine-learning fundamentals. It is based in Mountain View or San Francisco, California, with remote work considered, and offers a $300,000–$350,000 annual base salary plus bonus and equity.
