Description
GlobalFoundries’ GIGA+ Fab is hiring a Lithography Process Engineer to lead unit-module development projects in silicon photonics and power platforms. The role involves setting up lithography processes, troubleshooting process issues, improving process stability and margins, coordinating with integration and customer engineering teams, training engineers and application engineers, and deputizing the lithography process section manager. Candidates must have a relevant engineering or physical science degree and more than 10 years of lithography experience; silicon photonics experience is a bonus.
