Description
The role develops and modifies semiconductor process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards; creates and reviews technical charts; establishes SOPs and FMEAs; evaluates product development requirements; integrates equipment and materials; drives continuous improvement; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. It requires a degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, science, or another relevant engineering discipline, plus 7–10 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
